Is there really a free plan?
Yes. You can build your Health Map, take the assessment, and check in on habits at no cost. No credit card required to start.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can switch your billing cycle at any time from your membership settings. Annual plans are billed once per year and offer savings compared to monthly billing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Do prices include tax?
Prices shown are in USD. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment provider. We never store your full card details on our servers.
